Collection and use of personal data

The items mentioned in the above list are collected in so-called log files. These are automatically determined and saved by the provider of the pages. This is neither an assignment to a specific person nor a merging of the data with other data sources. (The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The data is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The storage is used for security in order to be able to trace and clear up misuse. If such a case occurs, the data concerned can be stored until the incident has been clarified or, by a court order, even passed on.
Furthermore, personal data such as your voluntary declaration of name, address, telephone and fax number, email address, the subject and the actual message - which can be entered via the contact form - are saved.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do so, you can contact us on the address provided in the Imprint at any time.


The right to restriction of processing shall apply in the following cases:

Objection to advertising emails
We object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

Revocation of your consent to data processing
